Electronic Signature and Transactions (Portal)

Please read and accept the following statement to finish registering on the tenant portal.

I understand and agree that all documents submitted through this portal will be signed electronically when I select the check box below

By registering, I accept and agree to conduct all transactions electronically in addition to and/or as an alternative to hard copy transactions as outlined in my lease agreement.  The parties intend to use and rely upon electronic signatures and electronic service. I acknowledge that I am in agreement to conduct transactions by electronic means, and I further agree to be bound by the terms of any electronic transactions, electronic signatures, electronic changes of terms of tenancy, electronic service of notices, electronic payment processing, and electronic account status notifications, which shall be considered to have the same effect as hard copy transactions.  Any such document in electronic format or any document reproduced from an electronic form at shall not be denied legal effect, validity, or enforceability and shall meet any requirement to provide an original or hard copy.  All documents and notices will be posted to this portal and I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to check my online portal regularly to ensure that I receive all electronic transactions in a timely manner.  I further understand and agree to notify the management company of any change in my email address, telephone number, and mailing address, within 10 days of such change.
